What's the difference between internship and employment training?
Internship and employment training have one thing in common, that is, they both pave the way for entry. Internship and employment training are skills used in study and work. Differentially speaking, meeting a good teacher to take you during the internship is equivalent to entering the society and really starting to work, commuting like everyone else. Depending on the specialty and the nature of the unit, internship may make you a full-time employee, or it may only be the nature of learning skills. Training is nothing more than training work skills. Generally speaking, it will not directly contact with the actual work, but will imitate the working environment.
