Nanguang College of Communication University of China is a four-year independent college of China Communication University, which was approved by the Ministry of Education in 2004 and established in cooperation with Nanjing Meiya Education Investment Co., Ltd. in order to expand its brand, make full use of high-quality resources and meet the country's growing demand for applied media and artistic talents.

Mr. Pu, President of Huaxia Audiovisual Global Media Group and Chairman of Nanjing Meiya Education Investment Co., Ltd., served as Chairman of Nanguang College. Professor Liu Jinan, former president of China Communication University, is also honorary president of Nanguang College. Professor Gao Fuan, Vice President of Communication University of China, is also the Dean of Nanguang College.

The school is located at the south foot of Fangshan Scenic Area in Nanjing, National Geopark, with the planned land of 1660 mu and the planned construction area of the first phase campus of 360,000 square meters.
