Lu Guan toll station can only get off the expressway. Lu Guan Toll Station is located in the northernmost part of Pucheng County, Nanping City, Fujian Province, at the junction with Zhejiang Province. It used to be one of the "old-fashioned" inter-provincial collection and management offices in northern Fujian. With large passenger flow and many emergencies, it has always been a training base for new employees.
