What do you hope to get from this course through your understanding of organizational behavior?
Through teacher Chen's teaching of organizational behavior, I have a strong interest in this course. Teacher Chen's vivid explanation left me wanting more. I made detailed reading notes and gained a lot. The following statements are based on the experience of this course:

1, what is management?

Management is: asking questions, planning, making decisions, implementing and checking. It is the basis for a manager to make decisions on a problem or activity, allocate resources and guide others' activities, so that the work objectives can be completed in an efficient and reasonable way. In the whole management process, the functions of managers are planning, organizing, leading and controlling.

Through careful and meticulous scheme design, the layout of task leaders, how to classify tasks and how to organize decisions are discussed, thus reflecting the ability of a leader, especially an education manager, to lead the decision-making level of scientific management. The importance of managers' skills in organizational management.

2. Technical skills, interpersonal skills and conceptual skills.

Technical skills: including the ability to apply professional knowledge or technology. Through a large number of formal education, master professional knowledge and skills in their own fields. Of course, professional and technical personnel are not monopolized in technical skills, and these skills can not be acquired only through school education or formal training. All jobs require certain professional talents, and many people's technical skills are developed at work.

Interpersonal communication ability: refers to the ability to cooperate with others, understand others and inspire others, whether alone or in a group. Only in this way can effective communication, encouragement and authorization be carried out. Conceptual skills: Managers must be wise enough to analyze and diagnose complex situations.

3. Organizational behavior is the embodiment of a culture, a charm and an incentive mechanism.

Through the research on the case of "Yellow River Xiaolangdi" project, I deeply realize that the charm of corporate culture of foreign enterprises lies in the decision of corporate culture, and the success or failure of organizations is greatly influenced by culture. In the whole project, refined management, standardized operation mode and strict system ensure the quality of the whole project.

We can see our education and teaching from the corporate culture. Educators should formulate detailed, feasible and humanized management measures in the management of education and teaching, and set goals suitable for students' development according to their characteristics.

4. Organizational behavior pays attention to motivation and emphasizes teamwork spirit.

From the course learning process, I understand the important role of motivation and management objectives, work design and career planning, and the establishment of an effective reward and punishment system. Motivation can motivate employees, improve quality and enhance organizational cohesion. I believe that in an organization, the fundamental purpose of motivation is to enable employees to create high performance levels.

In teaching, motivation is also of great significance to the development of students. When we encourage students' learning and activities with the mentality of cultivating students' self-confidence and trusting students in teaching, students can better integrate into the whole class, find their self-confidence, and at the same time get closer to teachers and speak their own psychological words. In an organization, a person's ability is limited, and only through teamwork can things be done well.

In an organization, leadership is very important, but leaders don't do everything, big and small things. Real leaders need to be able to recruit people, use people and have their own strengths. They don't necessarily know how strong they are. As long as you know how to trust, know how to delegate and know how to cherish, you can gather strength stronger than yourself and thus enhance your value.

Management gurus believe that most team performance will decline in the initial stage of the first year and cannot maintain the original level. However, it often takes some time, sometimes as long as 18 months, to see significant results. They pointed out that your team must go through four foreseeable stages: the formation stage, the storm stage, the standardization stage and the performance stage.

So don't be afraid of decentralization or temporary difficulties. At this time, leaders should help the team build confidence and goals and strengthen team integration. When a team is well managed, its ability is far greater than the sum of its respective abilities.
