The central heating project in xx county is an important livelihood project determined by the county party committee and government in 20xx. In order to do this project well and make the people really warm up, the quality of heating pipeline construction is very important. In terms of quality control, I mainly start from two aspects: one is the quality control of raw materials; The second is the quality control of construction technology.

(1) Raw materials are the basis of quality control of heating pipelines.

First of all, before the project starts, determine the material supply unit, select enterprises with strong production capacity, advanced production technology and qualified product quality as our bidding material supply partners, and require both parties to bear the responsibility for the construction quality of heating pipelines; Determine the material supplier through public bidding; Secondly, materials such as pipelines, compensators, valves, elbows, tees, heat preservation, anti-corrosion and covered electrode entering the site must be inspected in strict accordance with the standards. For example, for pipes.

We require on-site materials personnel to pay special attention to the inspection of wall thickness, weld and corrosion of internal and external walls. The deviation of material and wall thickness of steel pipe shall conform to the current national Technical Standard for Steel Pipe Manufacturing (GB/T 97 1 1-20xx), and the product certificate of the manufacturer shall be provided, and the missing items in the certificate shall be supplemented. Used for compensators, valves, elbows, tees, covered electrode, etc. , there must be the manufacturer's product certificate and the inspection certificate of the compensator and valve inspection department where the project is located. Unqualified materials shall not be used. In order to ensure the quality of engineering materials, it is also the first level of quality control of heating pipeline engineering.

(2) Quality control in the construction process

1. Quality control of survey and setting-out: After determining the position of pipeline center line, valve well, fixed pier and compensator and their error symbols, surveyors must carry out retest.

Only after the requirements are met can the next working procedure be constructed. If buildings must be avoided during construction, the supervision unit and the design unit need to negotiate to add elbows at appropriate positions to prevent gas gathering when necessary, and install exhaust valves at high points and drain valves at low points. At the same time, the elevation of the pipeline should be controlled in strict accordance with the design drawings. Every working procedure, such as trench inspection, foundation sand cushion filling, pipeline installation, etc. , elevation control survey must be carried out to ensure the construction quality.

2. Quality control of trench excavation

Before trench excavation, the appropriate slope should be determined according to the soil type and soil conditions at the site. Determine the reasonable slot section and slot bottom width. When determining the excavation section, the safety and quality of the project should be considered to make the slotted section reasonable. In addition, since the summer of this year, there has been more rain than in previous years. During construction, in order to prevent the bottom of the ditch from soaking, closed earth ridges are piled around the ditch, and sometimes drainage ditches and collecting wells are dug outside the ditch to pump water. After the groove bottoms out, the next procedure should be carried out randomly. During trench excavation, the elevation of trench bottom shall be measured and checked at any time to prevent over-excavation.

3. Quality control of sand backfill

In order to control the quality of sand cushion at the bottom of tank, the quality of sand should be controlled first. Sand should have moderate dry humidity and uniform particle size, and do not contain silt caking. Secondly, the thickness and elevation of sand cushion backfill should be strictly controlled, and the compactness and elevation of tank bottom should be checked before backfilling. After confirmation, backfilling can be allowed. Sand cushion should be backfilled and compacted.

For the quality control of sand layer in the chest cavity of the pipeline, both sides should be backfilled at the same time to prevent the center line of the pipeline from shifting. Backfill shall be compacted by layers, and each layer shall be compacted manually by xx ~ xx mm and mechanically by XX ~ XX mm. The backfill density shall meet the design requirements.

4. Quality control of backfill soil above sand layer

Strictly control the soil quality of backfill soil. Backfill soil shall not contain broken bricks, stones, concrete fragments and hard clods larger than 100 mm, and the water content of backfill soil shall be close to the optimal water content. Before returning to soil, light standard compaction test should be carried out to determine its optimum water content and maximum dry density. When backfilling, there shall be no water in the tank, and silt, humus, frozen soil and organic matter shall not be backfilled.

5. Quality control in the installation process of thermal pipelines and accessories

Before laying pipelines, the compactness and elevation of sand cushion should be rechecked. When it meets the design requirements, the pipe can be hoisted into the groove according to the above hoisting method, and it is forbidden to push the insulation pipe directly into the groove. When connecting, the nozzles should be aligned and concentric. The maximum distance for setting compensator in straight pipe section and the bending radius of compensator elbow shall meet the design requirements. At least one guide bearing shall be provided at both ends near the compensator. When the ambient temperature during installation is lower than the compensation zero point, the compensator should be pre-stretched, and the specific value of stretching should meet the requirements of design documents. When installing wave compensator or packing compensator, the end with weld or sleeve should be installed in the direction of medium flow, and when installing horizontally. When installed vertically, the compensator should be installed on the upper part, and the compensator should be consistent with the slope of the pipeline. The pipeline axis within 50m before waveform compensator or packing compensator should be consistent with the compensator axis, and there should be no deviation. When the compensator is temporarily fixed, after the pipeline installation, pressure test and heat preservation are completed, the fasteners should be loosened to ensure that it can freely expand and contract in use.

When installing the valve, the flange surface should be perpendicular to the pipeline axis, and the screws should be tightened symmetrically to prevent uneven pressure from affecting the installation quality. When butterfly valve is installed, in order to prevent impurities accumulated at the bottom of the valve from affecting the closing tightness, it is required that the valve stem be installed obliquely, and the inclination angle should be not less than 30 degrees from left to right.

6, pipeline welding quality

The pipeline material of Yangcheng city central heating project is Q235B spiral welded pipe. According to the actual situation of the project, manual argon arc welding is used for backing and face-to-face arc welding is used. Covered electrode E43 15 adopts single-sided welding and double-sided molding process. Welders should take on-the-spot examination before taking up their posts, and hold relevant certificates after passing the examination. In order to prevent welding slag splashing during welding from burning the insulation pipe, it is necessary to cover the insulation pipe 500mm on both sides of the working point with tarpaulin or rubber. During installation, the insulation layer at the pipe end must always be dry and waterproof. It is forbidden to damp the insulation layer. When the construction is interrupted, the nozzle shall be closed with baffle. The baffle used in rainy season should also have the function of preventing mud from entering the cavity. When the pipeline passes through the wall, the casing shall be installed.

7. Quality control of functional testing

The strength and tightness test of heating pipeline is the most critical step to check the engineering quality in heating pipeline construction. First of all, it should be clear that the functional test of heating pipeline should be carried out jointly by the owner, construction unit, supervision unit and relevant departments, and backfilling can only be carried out after the test is qualified. Before the test, the exhaust valve should be installed at the high end of the test pipe section, the drain valve should be installed at the low end, the pressure gauge should be installed, and the appearance quality of the weld along the line should be checked. In order to prevent the compensator from deforming during the pressure test, a temporary fastening device should be installed before the pressure test, and then water can be injected.

When the water is full, firstly, carry out the strength test. Use a pressure pump to pump the water pressure in the pipe to xx times the design pressure, stabilize the pressure for 10 minute under the test pressure, check that there is no leakage or pressure drop, and then reduce it to the design pressure. Stabilize the pressure for 30 minutes under the design pressure, and check that there is no leakage, abnormal sound or pressure drop. Secondly, carry out the leak test. The leakage test pressure is xx times of the design pressure and not less than xxMPa. After the pressure rises to the test pressure and tends to be stable, the pressure drop shall not exceed the specified value within the specified pressure stabilizing time.

Second, the hidden dangers and problems existing in the construction process of heating pipeline

1. Measuring radiation: Although the setting-out has been confirmed by the supervisor, Party A, design institute and Party B, there is no supervisor for setting-out ... but I think only the direction of the pipeline is determined, and there is no measurement and composite elevation. The bending angle of the pipeline in the vertical direction is too large during installation. In addition, we are now constructing in sections. If the ports are not aligned in the installation process, they will be cut, resulting in stress concentration at the corner, which will easily lead to serious hidden dangers of pipeline rupture and leakage during thermal operation. As shown in the figure below:

The trench construction is not standardized ① The obstacles are not proved; ② Support is not in place; ③ stagnant water; ④ No working pit; ⑤ There is no cushion or the cushion does not meet the requirements. Consequences: water, electricity, gas, heat and communication facilities are interrupted; Collapse; Safety accidents; Pipeline damage; Land subsidence.

3. The backfill density is not enough, and the backfill is not compacted by layers according to the specification requirements; Backfill soil does not pass through a sieve, etc. Consequences: the defects of insulation pipes and joints cannot be completely eliminated; Local damage of pipeline affects service life; The compactness can not meet the requirements; The backfill site collapses, causing danger.

4. The transportation, hoisting and storage of the insulation pipe do not meet the requirements.

5. The installed insulation pipe is not sealed or sealed loosely; Improper port blocking method. Consequences: steel pipes are rusted due to moisture; Mud, stones, rain, soil or small animals enter the pipeline, which affects the later use. At present, the hardness of water quality does exist in the process of heating operation, which is required to be less than or equal to xmg/L, but it is actually greater than xmg/L at present, and the power plant is supplementing softened fresh water.

6. The construction is not in strict accordance with the design drawings, which is manifested in several aspects. First, due to the tight construction period and limited construction site conditions, some valve wells are not attached as required by the drawings, which may lead to problems in the heating pipeline. Second, there is no valve well in the branch pipeline, which is not conducive to regulation and maintenance. For example; On the evening of xx, xx, 20xx, during the trial operation of the ceramic factory, the main heating pipeline suddenly leaked, and the main heating pipe network could not be closed in time, resulting in the shutdown of heating 13 hours.
