Process flow of gas-fired boiler room
The gas-fired boiler room refers to the boiler room with gas as fuel, and its technological process mainly includes the following steps:

1. Gas supply:

The gas boiler room needs to be connected to the gas pipeline to ensure adequate gas supply. Before the gas pipeline enters the boiler room, a gas pressure regulator and a filter must be installed to ensure that the gas pressure and purity meet the requirements.

2. Gas combustion:

After the gas enters the boiler, it is ignited by the igniter to produce a flame. When burning gas, a proper amount of air should be added to ensure full combustion and reduce pollutant emissions.

3. Heat energy transfer:

The heat energy generated by gas combustion is transferred to water or steam through the pipeline in the boiler, which makes it warm up or evaporate. The pipes in the boiler need to be cleaned regularly to prevent scaling on the inner wall of the pipes and affect the heat energy transfer efficiency.

4. Discharge treatment:

The waste gas produced by gas combustion needs to be treated before it can be discharged. Treatment methods include dry dust removal, wet dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification. The emission treatment equipment needs regular inspection and maintenance to ensure its normal operation.

5. Safety measures:

Gas-fired boiler room should be equipped with fire alarm, gas leakage alarm, smoke alarm and other safety equipment, as well as fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and other fire fighting equipment. Operators need to receive professional training and master the safety operation procedures to ensure the safe operation of the boiler room.

The above is the process flow of gas-fired boiler room. Through scientific management and maintenance, the efficient, safe and environmentally friendly operation of gas-fired boiler room can be ensured.
