The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China (MOHRSS), located in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the People's Republic of China, is a state organ in China, responsible for coordinating the personnel management of government agencies, enterprises and institutions, as well as urban and rural employment and social security policies. The Fourth Plenary Session of the First Session of the 11th National People's Congress (2008.03. 1 1) deliberated and adopted the Institutional Reform Plan of the State Council, and at the same time established the National Civil Service Bureau, which was managed by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security will no longer be retained.
