1, scope of application

2, construction preparation
(1), material preparation
A. Putty: Use the finished putty that meets the requirements of putty inside the building. The putty prepared on site shall be solid and firm, and shall not be pulverized, peeled or cracked.
B. Wood-based sealing coatings: alkyd varnish and alkyd thinner.
C. Primer coating: water-based or solvent-based coating, which has good compatibility with topcoat.
D. Top coat: It shall conform to the regulations of synthetic resin emulsion interior wall coating.
(2), tools and supplies preparation

(3), technical preparation

4, the construction operation method
(1), primary treatment
First, clean the dust and other adhesions on the surface of the base. Large depressions should be leveled with polymer cement mortar and allowed to dry; Smaller holes and cracks are repaired with cement latex paint putty. Brush the wall with zinc sulfate solution or dilute hydrochloric acid solution, wash off the oil stain with detergent, and finally wash it with clear water. Wood base should be polished with wood wool and sand.
The original coating of the base should be treated differently according to different situations: the loose, shelled and fragile old coating should be removed; Polishing the firmly adhered old coating; All waterproof coatings shall be removed. Doors, window frames, glass and other finished and semi-finished products that do not need construction should be protected before construction to prevent pollution.
(2) Priming (except wood and painted surfaces)
If the wall is loose and absorbent, glue can be evenly applied to the cleaned base once or twice (diluted by 3-5 times with acrylic emulsion or water-soluble building glue), and it is not allowed to be omitted, nor can it be applied too much to cause flowing or accumulation.
(3), wood base closed
Evenly paint alkyd varnish thinner (varnish: thinner = 3-4: 1) on the wood base, and dry it for 1-2 days.
(4), local putty
Dry the primer thoroughly, first fill the obvious unevenness with putty, and then polish it with sandpaper. The finished putty should be stirred evenly before use. When the putty is thick, it can be adjusted with water.
(5), full blow be bored with child
The smoothness of the base is not enough, and the potholes or wooden base need to be filled with putty. When operating, it will be placed on the tray, and putty will be scraped 2-3 times with a trowel or rubber scraper, and the putty should not be too thick each time. After the putty is dried, it should be polished in time, and there can be no waves or grinding marks. After polishing, floating ash should be swept away.
(6), brush the bottom coating
Stir the primer evenly. If the primer is thick, it can be diluted with tap water. Brush evenly with roller brush or combination brush. Be careful not to miss or brush too thick. After the primer is dried, putty can be partially supplemented when necessary, and the sand is smooth after drying.
(7), brush surface coating
Dilute the surface coating with water according to the proportion required in the product manual and stir evenly. When the wall needs color separation, the color separation line should be popped up with chalk lines, and 1-2cm should be left at the color intersection when painting. First, one person dips the paint with a roller brush and spreads it evenly, and then the other person uses a combination brush to smooth and splash the paint marks. Bottoming and sagging should be prevented. Each painted surface shall be painted from the edge to the other side at one time. To avoid contact marks. After the first drying, paint the second time. And brush paint for 2-3 times, depending on different situations. Before painting the last layer, you can also gently polish the last layer with fine sandpaper to improve the decorative effect. The parts easily polluted by cross operation should be constructed later, and the color separation line should be painted with light paint first and then with dark paint.
5. Preventive measures
(1). Before use, check the label of the paint and mix it carefully. Fasten with the back cover.
(2) The storage and construction of coatings shall conform to the temperature conditions specified in the product manual, usually above 5℃. If the paint freezes during storage, it should be placed in a room with high temperature and allowed to thaw naturally, instead of being baked with fire. The thawed paint can only be used after it is confirmed that there is no qualitative change.
(3) The paint color matching is best done by the manufacturer or distributor to ensure the consistency of the colors of this batch of paints. If you need to mix colors on the construction site, you must use the color paste of the brand and origin provided or designated by the manufacturer, which will be prepared by special personnel according to the use requirements and proportion.
(4) Some polyurethanes contain more free toluene diisocyanate, which will lead to yellow latex paint during volatilization. The simultaneous construction of polyurethane and latex paint should be avoided, and it is best to brush latex paint after the polyurethane paint is completely dried.
(5), interior decoration construction often have other jobs crossover operation, should pay attention to the finished product protection of coating engineering. If the constructed wall is dirty and pollution-free, you can gently scrub it with a clean wet rag and repaint it when the pollution is serious. If you accidentally get paint, you should wipe it off with thinner before it dries.
(6) After the paint is dried, it shall not be soaked for a long time before the project is completed, so as to avoid quality accidents.
