In order to promote the standardized development of EEG technology in China and improve the clinical diagnosis and application level of EEG in related majors, the National Medical Examination Center and China Anti-epilepsy Association will jointly carry out the professional level examination of EEG in 2020. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the purpose of the exam

The purpose of EEG professional level examination is to test whether the trainees who participated in EEG professional training organized by EEG and Neuroelectrophysiology Branch of China Anti-epilepsy Association met the training requirements.

Second, the types of examinations and registration conditions

Among the following registration conditions, full-time refers to working in EEG room or neuroelectrophysiological room, mainly engaged in EEG examination and diagnosis. Part-time job refers to clinical departments, mainly engaged in clinical medical or nursing work, but also doing EEG examination or diagnosis work; Or in the auxiliary examination department, do EEG and other auxiliary examinations, such as electrocardiogram and ultrasound.

(A) the primary level examination registration conditions

Participated in EEG professional training organized by EEG and Neuroelectrophysiology Branch of China Anti-epilepsy Association and graduated; Full-time EEG professional work for 1 year, or part-time EEG professional work for 2 years.

(two) the intermediate level examination registration conditions

Participated in EEG professional training organized by EEG and Neuroelectrophysiology Branch of China Anti-epilepsy Association and graduated; Full-time engaged in EEG work for at least 3 years, or part-time engaged in EEG work for at least 5 years and video EEG monitoring for more than 3 years; With intermediate or above professional and technical titles.

Those who meet the registration requirements for the intermediate level examination must apply for both the primary level examination and the intermediate level examination. Those who pass the primary level examination can directly apply for the intermediate level examination.

(3) Registration conditions for the Advanced Level Examination

Participated in EEG professional training organized by EEG and Neuroelectrophysiology Branch of China Anti-epilepsy Association, and passed the intermediate level examination; Engaged in EEG professional work in the EEG room, neurology, surgery, pediatric neurology or epilepsy center, psychiatry, anesthesiology, intensive care unit (ICU) and emergency department of a secondary hospital or neurology specialist hospital; Full-time engaged in EEG work for at least 5 years, or part-time engaged in EEG work for at least 8 years, video EEG examination for more than 5 years; Having the professional title of deputy senior or above; Pass the intermediate level exam.

Supplementary explanation:

1. The A-level exam is a biennial exam;

2. Starting from 2020, if this exam fails, the next exam (in 2022) will be limited to once, that is, every other time.

(4) Make-up exams and extended exams

On 20 19, those who failed in the primary or intermediate level examination, or failed to take the examination for some reason, may sign up for this examination with the approval of China Anti-epilepsy Association.

Third, the examination method

The primary and intermediate exams are conducted by computer. The A-level exam is divided into two parts. The first part uses computer demonstration and paper and pencil to answer questions, and the second part uses computer operation and interview.

Fourth, the examination time and examination room settings

(1) Examination time

1. The first part (written test) of the elementary, intermediate and advanced level examinations will be held from 8: 30 am to 12: 00 am on March 2, 2020, including 90 minutes for elementary, 60 minutes for intermediate and 80 minutes for advanced.

2. The second part of the Advanced Level Examination (interview) lasts for 30 minutes from the afternoon of March 2/KLOC-0 to the morning of March 22, 2020.

1. The examination content includes relevant basic knowledge, relevant clinical knowledge, theoretical knowledge of EEG and neurophysiology.

2. Questions include true or false questions, multiple-choice questions and multiple-choice questions, and the number of questions is 105.

(b) intermediate examination papers

1. The content of the examination includes relevant basic knowledge, relevant clinical knowledge, theoretical knowledge of EEG and neuroelectrophysiology, which is more difficult than the primary examination paper.

2. The types of questions include multiple-choice questions and multiple-choice questions, and the number of questions is 6 1.

(3) Advanced Level Examination Paper

1. The content of the examination includes relevant basic knowledge, relevant clinical knowledge, professional theories of EEG and neuroelectrophysiology and relevant comprehensive clinical knowledge, which is more difficult than the intermediate examination paper.

2. The first part is a short answer to the question 10. The second part is a case-based comprehensive analysis problem, with 2 questions.

Six, registration and admission ticket printing

(1) Registration

Relevant qualified personnel, please log on to the National Physical Examination Network () from February 3, 2020 to 10, fill in personal information, select the corresponding examination items to register, and no supplementary report will be made after the deadline. After the registration is successful, submit the registration materials to the designated place for qualification examination according to the notification requirements.

(2) Materials to be submitted

1.2020 Original application form for EEG professional level examination (which can be printed on the national physical examination website) and sealed by the unit;

2. Original and photocopy of ID card;

3. Original and photocopy of professional title certificate;

4. The original and photocopy of the doctor's qualification certificate, doctor's practice certificate and nurse's practice certificate.

(3) Examination qualification examination

Candidates who take the primary and intermediate level examinations are required to bring the above materials and conduct qualification examination on March 16, 2020 (face-to-face training on March 17-March 20). Candidates who take the advanced examination will take the qualification examination at the designated place (the specific address will be notified separately) before noon 12: 00 on March 20th. Those who have not taken the qualification examination cannot take the advanced examination. Those who pass the qualification examination are eligible to take the exam.

(4) Issuing admission tickets

Candidates who have passed the on-site registration qualification examination and confirmation will be issued admission tickets in a unified manner. The time and place of issuing the admission ticket will be notified separately.

Seven, test results

The passing scores of the primary, intermediate and advanced level examinations are delineated respectively.

Candidates who sign up for the primary and intermediate level examinations at the same time, and only pass the primary level examination, will be issued a certificate of qualification for the primary level examination.
