How to become an NLP trainer
To become an NLP trainer, you should not only study these courses, but also study them repeatedly. Only by learning them from different angles can we truly understand NLP and be handy when training others. In my experience, every time I study, I will make new discoveries and accumulate different cases. I have attended more than ten NLP executive diploma courses and learned something new every time. Therefore, it is suggested that friends who want to be trainers should strive for the opportunity to return to the course as teaching assistants, observe repeatedly and improve themselves. In terms of professional knowledge, I think it is far from enough to rely solely on NLP professional knowledge. The founders of NLP are John Grinder and Richard Bandle, who integrated and improved the theories of four famous psychologists and created a more practical and easy-to-master knowledge. The four masters are 1, hypnotherapist Milton Eriksson, family therapist Virginia Satya, founder of Gestalt Therapy Fritz Poehls, and communication master Gregory Bateson. Therefore, as an NLP trainer, it is best to trace the source of NLP. At present, I have basically learned everything I can in China. My experience is that after learning these things, my understanding of NLP has reached a new height, and I have a feeling of "transparency": knowing what I know is what I know. In this way, you will be more handy when answering students' questions. The courses that these four masters can study in China at this stage are as follows: 1. Milton Erickson, Master of Hypnotherapy: 1, Milton Hypnotherapy Workshop, Tutor: Jeffrey Sade (USA) 2. Hypnosis Camp Elite Hypnosis Camp, Tutor: Dr. Stephen Gilligan (USA 2. Virginia satir, Master of Family Therapy: 1, Satya Model Consultation International Certificate Course, Tutor: Dr. John Banmen (Dr. John Banmen) 2. Satya model professional certificate course, tutor: Ms. Lin (Malaysia) 3. Relationship seminar. Tutor: Dr. Maria Gomory (Canada) 3. Fritz Perls, founder of Gestalt Therapy: We introduced the following courses of Gestalt Therapy abroad: 1, Gestalt Professional Course: Dream Work, Tutor: rose najia 2, Gestalt Professional Training Course, Tutor: Tony &;; Tucker IV. Gregory Bateson (grilli batson): At this stage, I haven't found any courses offered by this master in China. However, as a qualified NLP trainer, communication courses are essential. I took a good communication course, which is worth recommending: TA (Transaction Analysis and Communication Analysis). As an NLP trainer, there is another knowledge that I think is indispensable, that is, the nine-type personality development course, which is a knowledge about people. Laozi said, "He who knows others is wise, and he who knows himself is wise." Trainers work with people every day. If they can master this knowledge, they will get twice the result with half the effort. At present, there are many tutors in China who talk about Nine Types, and the most recommended one is Nine Types in Cai Minli. Because Ms. Cai is a family therapy tutor herself, she speaks Nine Types thoroughly and reaches the spiritual level. Judging from NLP professional knowledge, it should be enough to complete the above courses. But I think if you train NLP in China, only NLP professional knowledge is not enough. There is an unaccustomed problem. When planting any plant, we should consider the suitability of the soil and spread knowledge. Therefore, to spread NLP in China, we must have a deep understanding of China culture. China's 5,000-year-old culture is extensive and profound, with numerous classics. This is a long-term training process, so it is urgent. However, we must study the following classics hard: The Book of Changes, The Tao Te Ching, The Analects of Confucius, The Great Learning, The Doctrine of the Mean ... These classics are not easy to understand, so you can read nan huaijin's notes. It's best to learn from experts. There are several courses for China scholars to recommend: Yuan Zhi Decision by Zhang Shunjiang and China Management by Zeng Shiqiang and Yijing. Yuan Zhi Decision by Zhang Shunjiang is the most in-depth course in my opinion so far. It is because I have the honor to study with Professor Zhang that I can master the knowledge of other schools. Unfortunately, his old man's house has left us, and he will never have a chance to listen to his lectures again.
