Third, the quality inspector salary system

1, basic salary: basic salary will be paid on the 6th of each month. The basic salary of quality inspectors at all levels is as follows:

Secondary quality inspection: 1200 yuan/month.

General quality inspection: 1000 yuan/month.

2. Commission: The Commission will be paid on June 16, the second month after the website is completed. If the customer proposes to change the quality inspection during the construction, all commissions of the site will be paid to the recipient. The commission is linked to the actual collection of home improvement and household materials, customer satisfaction and customer complaints. The specific entrustment method is as follows:

B. Customer complaints:

A. If the customer complains to the quality inspector, 50% commission of our station will be deducted for the first time, and all commission of our station will be deducted for the second time.

Four, the quality inspector rating system

Five, the quality inspector work discipline

1, abide by company rules and regulations.

2. It is strictly forbidden to take advantage of his position to practice favoritism and malpractice, and not to eat, take, card, demand or accept bribes from anyone. It is forbidden to spend money, gifts, entertainment and other forms with the construction team and inspectors.

3. It is strictly forbidden to arrive at the post without permission or not according to the time requirements, so as to arrive at the post four times (materials, concealment, mid-term and completion acceptance), and make on-site records carefully. The quality inspector must inspect the site every 6 ~ 10 days.

4. It is strictly forbidden to disclose the work plans and contents of yourself and others to other people who have nothing to do with work.

5. The quality inspector should be enthusiastic in service, respect customers, patiently answer and deal with customers' questions, patrol frequently and actively communicate with customers.

6. When encountering technical problems in construction, assist the construction team to solve them and report to the engineering department in time.

7. It is forbidden to enter the construction site after drinking. You should dress neatly, behave appropriately and have standard language and behavior. It is forbidden to damage the interests and image of the company by language or other forms.

8. When it comes to work content, it is forbidden to conceal or deceive the company.

Six, inspector punishment provisions

1. Deceive the leader, conceal the work content, fill in various forms inconsistent with the field situation, give a serious warning or fault list, and dismiss those who cause serious consequences.

2. Dealing with problems or punishing workers for unfair and just work, those who engage in graft will get a trouble ticket or be fired.

3. Failure to patiently answer and solve all kinds of questions raised by customers, disrespect for customers, and disputes with customers will affect the company's image and reputation, and will be given a warning or a fault list.

4. Anyone who eats, takes, cards or wants from the construction team or inspectors, or is related to money, gifts, entertainment and other forms of consumption, will be dismissed once found.

5. After receiving the complaint, we should arrange time to solve it at the scene in time, and report the result to the project supervisor in time. If it is not reported to the company in time, it will give the influencer a warning or trouble ticket.

6, in the process of construction, there are items to increase or decrease the list, and the discoverer failed to give a warning in time.

7. If the construction is not carried out according to the company's process standards, it shall be carried out in strict accordance with the Regulations on Punishment of Construction Team Engineering Construction, and rectification shall be made within a time limit. If the amount of on-site fine is inconsistent with the provisions, the difference shall be deducted from the commission of the quality inspector.

8. Anyone who fails to meet the requirements repeatedly will be given a serious warning by the quality inspector.

9. After receiving various acceptance notices (materials, concealment, mid-term acceptance and completion acceptance), the quality inspectors will deduct the commission for those who are absent without reason, deduct 20% for those who have not received materials, concealment and mid-term acceptance, and deduct 50% for those who have not received completion acceptance, and stop dispatching the construction site 1-3 months. 13. For each site that has been completed and accepted, the company's acceptance shall prevail. Although the construction site has been accepted, if there is any customer complaint and the company fails to meet the company's acceptance standards, the relevant personnel shall be investigated for responsibility and a warning or fault list shall be given.

14. For the construction site that is about to be accepted, if it fails to meet the company's acceptance standards, but cannot be rectified (except for concealed works), the quality inspection personnel shall report it to the company for the record and punish the construction site. If the quality inspector fails to report the adverse consequences, a warning or trouble ticket will be given.

15. Warnings and trouble tickets are filed in the Human Resources Department. Those who have been warned three times or have more than two trouble tickets within one year, or who have caused serious impact on the company, shall be dismissed.
