Binhai Road 23, Longwan District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Wenzhou Vocational Secondary School (namely Wenzhou Vocational Education Center and Wenzhou Vocational Secondary Education Consortium) was founded in 1985 and is a public school directly under Wenzhou Education Bureau.
