Article 90 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Basic Medical Care and Health Promotion, if the relevant departments of the people's governments at or above the county level fail to perform their duties related to medical care and health promotion, the relevant departments of the people's governments at the corresponding levels or the people's governments at higher levels shall interview the principal responsible persons.
