Pre-job training experience
I have been in the company for more than three months, and what I still remember is the training given to me by the manager before I joined the company. Although the time is not long, it is a good medicine for us students who have just entered the workplace from school. As the saying goes, "if you don't cut a jade, you can't cut it." Just out of college, we are used to the lazy and slow life in college, and our personality has been fully displayed, but when we embark on our own jobs, all this is so unworkable.
I still remember that the manager led us to learn the management culture of the company-new and new people, and technology is your priority. Business philosophy-survival by quality, benefit by management and development by variety. Indeed, a unit should be a collective that unites and fights. What does this collective rely on to maintain and support? That's spirit and idea!
So, really calm down, start from small things, start from small things. We should implement one thing at a time, pay attention to the results one by one, and do one thing at a time, and accumulate small victories to win big victories, forming a good habit of being down-to-earth and working hard.
I learned a lot from the "personal execution" that the manager asked us to learn. The work in the office is complicated and tedious. It is necessary to treat it carefully, but also to highlight the key points and twist the key points. Focus on the overall situation and see the big picture from the small. To do these things well, we must do our best, be conscientious, be strict and actively adapt to the needs of the work.
