Dangerous goods qualification certificate can be learned online in the training center of safety production supervision and administration.

The certificate of transport of dangerous goods shall be handled by the district or municipal traffic administrative department or its designated training institution (driving school) where the household registration is located. The conditions for handling the qualification certificate for the transport of dangerous goods are:

1, the age must be over 18 and under 60;

2, must have a general cargo transportation qualification certificate, and more than 2 years of experience;

3. Only when the traffic police show that there are no major accidents within 3 years can they apply for the certificate of dangerous goods transportation.
