Go to the place designated by the Public Security Bureau to go through the formalities of engraving. 5. Go to the Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision (administrative examination and approval hall) for the organization code certificate, and bring a copy of the ID card, a copy of the industrial and commercial business license and a special seal. Individual industrial and commercial households do not need to handle it. 6. Go through the tax registration formalities at the tax branch of the jurisdiction where the business address is located. The original and photocopy of industrial and commercial business license, photocopy of ID card, original and photocopy of lease contract and special seal shall be provided. 7. Go to the tax bureau to find the corresponding administrator to go through the tax payment formalities.
