ITSS is organized and implemented by the National Information Technology Service Standards Working Group under the joint guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Standardization Administration Committee. IT is a summary and promotion of the best practices of IT service industry in China, and also a solidification of the independent innovation achievements of various domestic institutions engaged in R&D, supply, promotion and application of IT services. ITSS talent training is a training course for IT service practitioners, which is developed according to the competency standard of ITSS IT service practitioners. This course includes IT service engineers and IT service project managers.
