Where the registered unemployed and rural workers who seek jobs in cities are recruited and sign labor contracts with them for more than six months, and the employer organizes pre-job training in vocational training institutions and obtains vocational training certificates (or vocational qualification certificates), the employer can enjoy certain vocational training subsidies. The employer shall apply for training subsidies in writing to the employment service management institution of the county (district) with the application materials for training subsidies for upgrading vocational skills.
