(1) Entrepreneurship awareness training subsidy: If the entrepreneurship awareness training has been completed and the training pass rate reaches 90%, the designated entrepreneurship training institution can apply for entrepreneurship awareness training subsidy from the local human resources and social security department with relevant documents.

(2) Entrepreneurship training subsidy: entrepreneurship training is subsidized by stages and in proportion. After completing the theoretical teaching and counseling of entrepreneurship training and the students' entrepreneurship plan, the designated entrepreneurship training institutions can apply to the local human resources and social security departments for pre-entrepreneurship training subsidies with relevant documents and materials. In the follow-up support stage of entrepreneurship training, subsidies will be implemented according to the actual subsidy ratio within the subsidy standard limit.

(III) Subsidy standard: The designated entrepreneurship training institutions apply, and after being audited by the human resources and social security department, the financial department will directly pay the subsidy funds to the basic account opened by the entrepreneurship training institutions in the bank according to the standard that the number of qualified entrepreneurs in awareness training is 100 yuan and the number of qualified entrepreneurs in early training is subsidized to 500 yuan.

When applying for entrepreneurship training subsidies, designated entrepreneurship training institutions should provide the following materials: local human resources and social security, proof that the financial department agrees to start classes, list of trainees recognized by the human resources and social security department, photocopies of students' resident ID cards and registration certificates, qualification certificates of entrepreneurship training for trainees (entrepreneurship awareness training qualification certificate, entrepreneurship ability qualification certificate and entrepreneurship plan for trainees in the early stage of entrepreneurship training), and basic account opened by entrepreneurship training institutions in the bank. At the same time, electronic documents shall be submitted, indicating the list of the above-mentioned personnel who have participated in entrepreneurship training or received consulting services, as well as the resident ID number, home address and contact telephone number, and the starting and ending time of training or consulting services.
