What is the purpose of the training?
From the perspective of meeting the business needs of enterprises, the purpose of enterprise training has four aspects:

1. Long-term purpose: namely, training activities to meet the human resources needs of enterprise strategic development.

2. Annual purpose: that is, training activities to meet the human resources needs in the annual operation of enterprises.

3. Job purpose: namely, training activities to meet the knowledge, skills, attitudes and experience required by employees to complete their work at a high level.

4. Personal purpose: that is, the training provided by the enterprise to meet the needs of employees to achieve their career planning goals.

Matters needing attention in training

1, blindly follow the trend. What is popular in the market is trained, and there is no training plan. Even if the training plan is made, it is not combined with the actual situation of the enterprise.

2, the training as a task, welfare, rather than responsibility. When some enterprises choose employees for training, it is not based on the needs of employees, but the number of training places will be given to those who have good performance and performance, which makes the employees with poor performance get no training and get worse and worse, while the employees with good performance make no progress after training, resulting in a huge waste of resources.

3. The training system and process are not well established, so it is impossible to change the content of training courses at work. Some enterprises invite outsiders to give lectures during training, but they don't communicate with the company's problems and employees' training needs, so the training content is often empty and difficult to understand, which can't solve the company's actual problems at all.
