Dalian Shicheng training
During the registration process of 20 12 medical practitioners, we were told: "Postgraduates can apply for clinical undergraduate or professional degrees, and postgraduates with scientific degrees are not allowed to apply for postgraduate degrees." Perhaps this is just a general rule in the process of medical and health system reform, but it means that if we want to engage in medical work, we can only go back and apply for the qualification certificates of doctors specializing in inspection, stomatology, nursing, traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. , and may not apply for a master's degree in western medicine research for life. This is only because we are scientific research-oriented masters of medicine (referred to as masters), and professional masters (referred to as masters) like us are not restricted. These 40 words shattered our firm belief in cross-disciplinary examination and research, shattered our three-year efforts to study for a master's degree, and shattered the support and expectations of our families. We are in a dilemma: if we apply for an undergraduate course, we will waste three years of precious time, shatter our dream of becoming a doctor of western medicine, and take away the jobs faced by many students who have already found jobs, and many hospitals only recruit graduates with relevant certificates. If you insist on applying for a master's degree, you will never be able to apply for it. After eight years of cold window, many students cried. The dream of persisting and fighting for it since childhood! Working-class parents work hard to support! And those who have paid more sweat and tears than others in these eight years! We dare not tell this news to our parents who are over 500 years old. They, including ourselves, always thought that we would be doctors in the future, and suddenly told them that we couldn't be doctors and there was no hospital for us. They will have trouble sleeping and eating, and they will put up with hardships for us to go to school for decades. In the end, we are afraid that they can't stand it. After questioning and puzzled, we rationally set out from the perspective of the Ministry of Health and the provincial and municipal health departments. We believe that medical reform in China is imperative. We support the medical cause of the motherland and are willing to devote our youth to it. However, we earnestly hope that we can have the opportunity to improve our existing shortcomings and defects, and hope that we can continue to exist in the army of the medical industry. We thought, why can Keshuo never apply for the exam, but Teshuo can apply for it in the year of graduation? The only difference lies in the different training methods. Graduate students, as the name implies, mainly carry out basic scientific research; The major is clinical rotation. This led the leaders and teachers to think that Keshuo was weak in clinic, so in order to improve the professionalism of the medical team, they decided to "cut across the board" us. We can't help crying for ourselves. 1. Due to the rapid increase in the number of medical masters in recent years, the Ministry of Education has expanded the enrollment ratio of specialist masters in order to alleviate the enrollment pressure, and still maintained a few but refined training methods for master of science; 2. As far as the training methods during the school study are concerned, the subjects of the master's study are more, deeper and wider than those of the junior college students; 3. Take the Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University as an example. Ke Shuo only spends 1 year in scientific research, and the rest of the time, Ke Shuo also takes part in the rotation of clinical departments, and even some students are both experimental and clinical. We spent a lot of time on clinical research. Like the grandmaster, Ke Shuo was selected through the unified entrance examination for graduate students and professional interviews. Our starting point is the same, and we didn't slack off in the learning process. We are not even qualified to apply for the exam. 5. Medical students can still take the exam as teaching assistants first, and they can take the exam under the supervision of Chinese medicine. After five years of undergraduate study and three years of postgraduate training, clinicians with scientific research ability can't even pass the exam as assistants ... I can't calm down when I think about this. I once again looked at the notices of the provinces, and Ke Shuo was never allowed to enter the exam. I feel very sad. If the teacher suspects that the doctor he trained is not qualified for the exam, please give us a chance to show it. Skills test and written test, master of science and super master's papers are the same. Since we have the ability to take the exam and have passed it, why not give us the qualification to take the exam? If the teacher doubts our clinical quality, we can take the exam one year after graduation, and we can take the exam after standardized training ... all we need is an opportunity to take the exam, and the results will prove everything! Please don't discriminate against Ke Shuo! We are clinicians with scientific research ability, and we have the ability to combine clinical and scientific research! Dear teacher, we have learned from this painful experience. We are calm and we keep telling ourselves to be rational. Finally, we provide some thoughts on the new system to the leaders, hoping to play a positive role in promoting medical reform.
