Historical evolution:
The school was founded in 199 1 year. In 2005, with the approval of Liaoning Provincial People's Government, Liaoning Fine Arts Vocational College was established. The school has trained tens of thousands of art students to serve the social and economic development of Liaoning. In 20 14, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was officially upgraded to Liaoning Communication College, becoming the only independent media undergraduate college in Northeast China.
