Shenzhen Dafen Oil Painting Village is the largest oil painting village in China, located at the foot of Dafen Sea in Aoshan, Longgang District, Shenzhen, covering an area of 400,000 square meters, with more than 800 artists and oil painters. This is the cradle of China oil painting, and it is also a pilgrimage place for oil painting lovers all over the world.

Dafen Oil Painting Village was founded in 1989. Its original purpose is to meet the needs of local industrial artists and provide a good working environment and creative base. Later, more artists and oil painters gathered here and gradually developed into a national famous art park. Now, Dafen Oil Painting Village has become one of the largest and most famous oil painting art bases in China.
