Shareholder training
Schools without investors, if any, are deceptive. Real masters only accept apprentices and don't give lectures at school, and they are all disciples behind closed doors, only a few at most, and they are not easy to take.

You need to know who is going to throw money around and open schools to popularize education. Only the most basic things can be popularized. You can learn by buying some books and reading them yourself. (such as value investment and K-line theory)

Experience is honed by yourself. To take an apprentice is to tell them what they have learned. Apprentices don't become masters immediately after learning. Teachers' profit model is still teachers'. Whether they can survive in the market depends on whether they are careful, understand and become a suitable profit model.
