How long does the pre-job training for civil servants take?
Generally, the training lasts for one month or three months, according to the arrangement of the unit.

According to the Administrative Measures for the Probation Period of Newly Employed Civil Servants (Trial), the probation period of newly recruited civil servants is calculated from the date of registration, and the probation period is one year. Examination and review after the probation period expires.

After the probation period expires, the newly hired civil servants will be comprehensively assessed for their morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty. The examination shall be conducted within 30 days after the expiration of the probation period. In case of force majeure, it shall be carried out within 30 days after the corresponding situation is eliminated.
