The Training Center of the State Administration of Work Safety (Training Center for Talents Exchange in the Coal Industry) is a qualified organization that organizes delegations to go abroad for training with the approval of institutions directly under the State Administration of Work Safety, national first-class safety production training institutions and the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.
