Article 10 shall be organized by the security department every year, and each unit shall, in combination with the actual situation of the unit, train and assess the safety knowledge, operation skills and emergency response ability of special operators, update their knowledge in time, and record the assessment in the safety technology operation certificate issued by the enterprise. The licensed operator causes an accident due to illegal operation or management; 3, certified workers found hidden dangers of accidents or other unsafe factors did not immediately report the accident; 4. The licensed business operator fails to apply for reexamination within the time limit or fails to take the examination after reexamination. Article 13 This system shall be implemented as of the date of issuance. Article 14 The Security Office is responsible for the interpretation of this system.
