In recent years, the school has invested more than 30 million yuan to build research bases and institutions with high levels of scientific research, teaching and training. In 2002, our school's numerical control technology training base was approved by the Ministry of Education as one of the key construction projects of two national training bases, striving to become a first-class training base with demonstration and radiation function in China. The school has set up seven scientific research institutions, including Robotics Research Institute and Superhard Materials and Products Research Institute. At present, high-level teaching, research and training institutions have been established, including Zhengzhou Application Center of National Mould CAD Engineering Technology Center, Zhengzhou Application Center of Siemens CNC, Henan CNC Technology Training Center, Henan Electromechanical CAD Training Center, and National Abrasive and Abrasive Information Retrieval Center.

Since 1996, the school has undertaken four national "863" high-tech projects, three major scientific and technological projects in Henan Province, one provincial outstanding talent innovation fund project 1, seven provincial and ministerial scientific research projects1,and nine cooperative scientific and technological projects with enterprises, with scientific and technological funds reaching 565,438+. The school has established stable and effective cooperative relations in Industry-University-Research with national research and design institutes such as Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute and Zhengzhou Abrasive and Abrasive Research Institute, a large number of large state-owned enterprises such as China Abrasive Import and Export Corporation, Xuchang Relay (Group) Company and Zhengzhou Nissan Automobile Manufacturing Company, as well as industry organizations such as National Abrasive and Abrasive Industry Association, Superhard Material Industry Association, Coated Abrasive Industry Association and Zhengzhou High-tech Development Zone, and established a discipline construction cooperation committee, realizing complementary advantages and mutual benefit.

Under the correct leadership of the superior organization, after in-depth reform and high starting point construction in recent years, the school has accumulated experience in teaching, scientific research and teachers, formed its own characteristics, enriched its strength, created favorable conditions, and laid a solid foundation for further improving the level of running a school. At present, the construction of our new campus is progressing rapidly.
