Yantai Seafarers' Vocational Secondary School, which belongs to Yantai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, is a state-owned public maritime vocational secondary school that mainly trains Class A three-mate, Class A three-boat, sailor on duty, mechanic on duty, civil diver and ship electrician.

It is the crew training center of Yantai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, the diving training center of Yantai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Transport and the correspondence station of Shandong Province of Dalian Maritime University.
