Now, January is approaching, and in the high-spirited working atmosphere of Beijing Railway Transport Procuratorate, I have a brand-new experience of my identity change, the gap between theory and practice, and the gap between ideal and reality, and I can't wait to exchange and learn with my predecessors and colleagues. Thank you for organizing this training and education for us, which gave me an opportunity to express my feelings, gains and ideas.
In terms of identity, a prosecutor is a person who exercises the procuratorial power of the state and performs the duties of legal supervision. The wisdom of my colleagues and predecessors in their speeches, politeness in their manners, proficiency in their work and kindness in their communication have deeply infected me. This is the spirit of an excellent prosecutor. I am still a student, with a fierce horse and a green mane. Although I have a thousand miles of ambition, my words and deeds are inconsistent, I lack adaptability, my understanding of the identity of prosecutors is still not in place, and there is still a big gap in my verbal expression. Being strict with myself and being kind to others is the focus of my study in the next period of time.
The relationship between theory and practice is inseparable from the thesis, and I don't know the truth of this matter. On the first day of work, I was lucky enough to go to the city hospital to participate in the related matters of judicial accounting appraisal. I think I'm not very unfamiliar with accounting, and I know a little about various accounting books and subjects. However, when you actually get the manual voucher, the specific data is not exactly the same as the theory in the textbook. Looking through every voucher in a down-to-earth manner may not guarantee the accuracy of the results, and all kinds of cleverness are even paler. I realized that only by doing every detail in a down-to-earth manner can we successfully complete all aspects of procuratorial work. At the same time, we should discover and apply skills in time, such as using various functional formulas flexibly in statistics and skillfully using tools and software in information query. All these require me to work hard, integrate theory with practice and explore with the eyes of discovery. Also, the requirements for knowledge at work are different from those at school. As long as students study well or pass the exam, there is nothing wrong with the requirements for knowledge in their work. Only by continuous learning and improvement can we take every step to become an excellent prosecutor.
The work of prosecutors is not always glamorous, and there is a gap between ideal and reality. After traveling around the congested Beijing with the predecessors of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, I was deeply shocked by the difficulties and hardships of anti-corruption work. I ran halfway through Beijing, but I got nothing. I asked for a long time but I couldn't get a fixed confession. These slightly cruel facts can't help but make me sigh. He woke me up. Ideal should be based on reality, and any irrelevant imagination is a castle in the air. You can't just think about the title of prosecutor. You should bear hardships, be tired, be at ease, and use good knowledge to keep the prosecutor's dream.
I really want to be an excellent prosecutor, but I know that my ability and knowledge are not enough to support this great ideal. For this ideal, I want to:
1, recognize yourself and straighten your mind. I am a quasi-prosecutor. To get rid of the spirit of students, I must demand myself with the integrity of the prosecutor and recognize my responsibilities.
2. Obey the command and the arrangement. Don't know much about procuratorial work. The guidance of leaders and the help of colleagues are the only way for me to get through the transition period. Respect for leadership and internal unity are the inherent qualities of Beijing Railway Inspection as the vanguard of railway judicial reform.
3. Pragmatic innovation. Procuratorial work is not taken for granted. Only by improving their own execution and brainstorming can they become an excellent prosecutor.
4, continuous learning, flexible use. As Sun Jian taught us, we young people are energetic but inexperienced. Besides practical work, continuous learning and self-improvement is also a shortcut to the south. The ability to learn from books, senior teachers and practice and turn knowledge into work.
5. Integrate personal ideals into collective beliefs. My prosecutor's dream is integrated with the Chinese dream of the rule of law, so I can do my duty, keep my poverty, put my heart down, treat my work with a pure heart, and let every case stand the test of history.
The law is solemn and the emblem is bright! Dear Beijing Railway Inspection, you have given me a platform for growth, and I will work with you to shoulder my share of the responsibility of building a China ruled by law.
For your reference, hope to adopt!
