The starting time of grassroots work experience is determined according to the Opinions on Defining the Starting Time of grassroots work experience in Civil Service Examination (No.59 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010]). Grassroots work experience calculation time ends at 202 1 1 1.

To apply for Shanghai civil servants, social workers who are not registered in Shanghai must have a master's degree or above, hold a residence permit in Shanghai for more than one year (still within the validity period), and the score reaches the standard score of 120 or above.

Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute the circumstances listed in the first paragraph of Article 74 of the Civil Service Law after employment, nor are they allowed to apply for positions of employers with husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close in-laws as leading members. Candidates who are related to the staff of the applicant unit need to report to the recruitment agency.
