Conditions and standards:

According to the Employment Promotion Law and Regulations, the specific conditions for legal persons, other organizations and individual citizens to set up vocational training institutions in our county are as follows:

(a), vocational training qualification application materials required

1, organizer's application report; Examination and approval form of vocational training institutions (in triplicate);

2. A copy of the legal person qualification of the promoter or a copy of the citizen's personal residence booklet and identity card, as well as proof that he has political rights and full capacity for civil conduct;

3, the basic situation of the main administrative person in charge and qualification documents, academic certificates, professional and technical grade certificates or professional titles, copies of ID cards and basic information;

4. List and qualification certificates of full-time and part-time teachers and teaching management personnel to be employed;

5. Registration, capital verification certificate, certificate of capital source and certificate of fixed assets of the proposed vocational training institution;

6 articles of association and development plan of the proposed vocational training institution;

7. The teaching plan and syllabus of the major (type of work) to be established;

8 proof (agreement) of owning or renting teaching venues and teaching equipment and a list of teaching facilities and equipment;

9. School running and teaching management system;

10, jointly run schools, and an agreement for jointly running schools is also required;

(2), vocational training qualification application conditions

1. Social organizations that organize vocational training institutions shall have the status of legal persons. Individuals who hold vocational training institutions shall have political rights and full capacity for civil conduct;

2. There should be a training place suitable for the scale of running a school;

3, should meet the needs of teaching and skills training, teaching, practice, experimental facilities and equipment, there are enough practice stations;

4, should be equipped with a full-time principal;

5, should be equipped with a corresponding number of teaching management personnel according to the scale of running a school;

6. Equipped with full-time and part-time teachers with reasonable structure to meet the scale of running a school;

7. There should be teaching plans, outlines and teaching materials corresponding to the cultivation of majors;

8. Management system to be established;

9. Organizers should have stable and reliable sources of funds.

(3), vocational training qualification approval process

The establishment of vocational training institutions focusing on primary and intermediate vocational skills shall be examined and approved by the district and county labor and social security bureau where the applicant is located; The establishment of vocational training institutions based on advanced vocational skills shall be examined and approved by the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau.

1. acceptance: the applicant submits complete documents, certificates, approval forms and other materials to the municipal or district (county) labor and social security bureau according to the level of running a school.

2. Examination: The examination and approval authority examines the applicant's application materials and the actual conditions for running a school, and at the same time organizes an expert committee to make comments and put forward opinions.

3. Decision: After examination and verification, make a decision of approval or disapproval, and inform the applicant in time, explain the reasons for disapproval, and inform the relief right.

4. Certification: The examination and approval authority will issue the License for Running Private Schools to the newly approved and formally established vocational training institutions.

5. Announcement: After the newly approved and formally established vocational training institution obtains the license for running a private school, the examination and approval authority will announce its establishment to the public.

(four), occupation training qualification examination and approval period

The examination and approval authority shall complete all examination and approval procedures within three months from the date of receiving all valid examination and approval documents and materials, and make a decision on approval or disapproval.
