20 10 recruitment of institutions in Huairou district, Beijing
In order to meet the needs of supplementary staff in institutions in Huairou District, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will organize institutions to openly recruit 75 staff. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the basic conditions that candidates should have.

Second, the recruitment unit and position

Three. Registration time, place, method and matters needing attention

And bring relevant materials for on-site registration.

(4) The applicant shall bring the originals and photocopies of the following materials:

1, my ID card, household registration book, academic certificate (fresh graduates need to hold employment recommendation form stamped by the employment department of the school), degree certificate and professional title certificate;

2. Registration form for recruiting staff in institutions in Huairou District, Beijing, and two one-inch bareheaded color photos of the same edition in the near future;

3. The personnel participating in the open recruitment shall be responsible for the information filled in the registration form. Once the false information is verified, it will be disqualified from participating in this open recruitment.

Fourth, the examination arrangement

The ground service skill post examination shall be organized by each unit, and the time and place of written examination, interview and skill test shall be notified by the employer separately. The examination for management posts and professional and technical posts includes two parts: written examination and interview. The written test venue is subject to the admission ticket, and the interview venue will be notified separately. The written test and interview questions are entrusted to professional institutions in Beijing.

The written test is aimed at those who apply for management positions and professional and technical positions in public institutions, and mainly examines their basic ability level and knowledge level in this position. Basic ability focuses on reading comprehension, judgment and reasoning, data analysis, numerical reasoning and operation, and verbal expression. The knowledge part mainly involves the law, science and technology, current affairs and management that the staff of public institutions should know.

(2) Written test time:

(3) Interview

According to the written test results (the interview qualification is divided into 60 points), from high to low, the candidates who enter the interview scope are determined according to the ratio of 1: 3 in the recruitment plan. If the ratio of 1: 3 is not reached, the existing qualified written examiners will be organized for an interview (the interview scores of the candidates will reach the average interview score of the examiner group on the same day).

The interview adopts a structured interview method, which mainly evaluates the comprehensive ability of candidates to engage in recruitment positions.

Applicants who have a husband-and-wife relationship, direct blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations or close in-laws relationship with the department-level leaders of the employing unit may not apply for the unit. Anyone who conceals the employment of relatives will be disqualified from the examination and employment once found.

Six, physical examination and inspection

(1) Physical examination: After the interview, the candidates will be ranked according to their comprehensive scores (50% in written test and 50% in interview) and determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the recruitment plan. Standards and projects refer to the civil service physical examination standards;

(2) Investigation: According to the results of written examination, interview and physical examination, the political thought, moral quality and working ability of the personnel to be hired are investigated.
