Guilin Institute of Aerospace Technology is located in the historical and cultural city of Guilin. College is a higher education institution established by the central and local governments. Selected as the first batch of new engineering research and practice projects of the Ministry of Education, a national professional construction site and a first-class discipline (training) construction institution in Guangxi.

The discipline and specialty system, which focuses on engineering and covers the coordinated development of science, engineering, management, literature and art, is also the only college in Guangxi with an undergraduate major in aerospace, which is jointly built by the central and local governments.

Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry, located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, is a characteristic backbone university in Henan Province, which is jointly established by the central and local governments and mainly managed by local governments. It is a university jointly established by the People's Government of Henan Province and the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, and is a doctoral degree awarding unit.

North China Institute of Science and Technology, located in Langfang City, Hebei Province, is a university directly under the Emergency Management Department of People's Republic of China (PRC), which is jointly established by the Emergency Management Department and the People's Government of Hebei Province.

It was selected as the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education, "New Engineering Research and Practice Project", the first batch of pilot schools for emergency management college construction, the project construction unit of the provincial master's degree awarding unit, and the station construction unit of the academician workstation in Hebei Province.
