Meet one of the following conditions, you can apply to participate in the professional level examination of the tenderer:
(a) to obtain a college degree in economics, engineering, law or management, and have worked for 6 years, including 4 years in bidding and purchasing;
(two) to obtain a bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, law or management, and to work for 4 years, including 3 years in bidding and purchasing;
(3) Having obtained a double bachelor's degree or graduated from a postgraduate program in economics, engineering, law or management, and having worked for three years, of which two years have been engaged in bidding and procurement;
(four) to obtain a master's degree in economics, engineering, law or management, and to work for 2 years, including bidding and purchasing for 1 year;
(five) to obtain a doctorate in economics, engineering, law or management, and to engage in bidding and purchasing for 1 year;
(6) For those who have obtained the above-mentioned academic qualifications or degrees in other disciplines, their working experience in bidding and procurement will be correspondingly increased by two years.
