Requirements:

Familiar with coffee/beverage culture, production methods and skills;

At least two years working experience in the same position, with working experience in medium and large chain beverage industry;

Qualification certificate, Starbucks, costa and Pacific barista are preferred;

Have good professional ethics and sense of responsibility, and have their own unique style and opinions on beverage development.

Job responsibilities:

Coffee/beverage research and development;

Develop standardized coffee/beverage production process;

Keen market perception and initiative, collecting and analyzing product market information;

Develop new drinks that meet the market demand, put forward new product development suggestions, implement development and formulate process routes and raw material standards;

Collect customers' opinions in time, regularly train beverage technicians and new employees' operation skills, and continuously improve work efficiency.
