What training needs do employees have?
1. If you are a new employee, you need planning and human resources to provide new employees with training in corporate culture and workflow, so that they can understand the enterprise, quickly establish employee relations, be familiar with the working environment and master the workflow. 2. If you are an old employee, you need to organize employees to study regularly, or hold knowledge lectures to improve their thinking and mentality, such as outward bound training, lectures held by universities and enterprises, and so on. The training needs of employees mainly come from their personal career planning and their knowledge and skills. For employees, the demand mainly comes from their career planning and future career design. If employees do not have this knowledge, it is suggested that the Human Resources Department organize training, give career guidance and establish employee career management. With career planning, employees will know what training they need, and then the training needs will be there.
