When applying for GMAT, candidates should fill in the candidates' names in their personal data in strict accordance with the pinyin of their names in their passports, and please pay attention to the correct order of filling in the names: first name, last name. Note: China candidates do not have a middle name. Please don't open their names, fill in the middle name column.
When candidates sign up for GMAT, please note that the correct order of birth date is:-month-day-year.
Candidates should contact GMAT National Call Center 48 hours before the examination time and provide relevant certificates as required to apply for revision. Within 48 hours from the appointment time of the exam, the relevant amendments will not be operational. If either of the above two personal information is inconsistent, the candidate may be rejected.

According to the requirements of American GMAT Examination Committee, Chinese mainland candidates can take the GMAT examination in Chinese mainland with valid second-generation ID cards or original passports. Candidates from Taiwan Province Province should show their Taiwanese certificates when taking the exam in Chinese mainland.
Candidates from foreign countries, Hong Kong and Macao must provide their passports (note: they must be within the validity period) as valid documents when taking the GMAT exam in China. Candidates who cannot show valid certificates to the examination room administrator on the day of the examination will be refused entry into the examination room.
On the day of the exam, candidates should arrive at the examination room 30 minutes before the specified time. According to the regulations, GMAT candidates who arrive at the examination room later than the scheduled time 15 minutes or more are considered late, and those who are late may be refused to take the exam.
During the examination, candidates are not allowed to bring anything irrelevant to this examination into the examination room, including but not limited to: mobile phone, /PDA or any other electronic equipment, pager, watch, wallet, handbag, hat, backpack, coat/coat, books and study materials.
Candidates are requested to store all their personal belongings in the lockers provided by the examination room before the exam (mobile phones or pagers must be turned off or put in a silent state). Candidates should take the key of the designated locker with them during the exam and leave after the exam. The examination room is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
