Article 22 of the Labor Contract Law stipulates: "If the employer and the employee provide training fees and provide them with professional and technical training, they may conclude an agreement with the employee to stipulate the service period. If the laborer violates the service period agreement, he shall pay liquidated damages to the employer in accordance with the agreement. The amount of liquidated damages shall not exceed the training expenses provided by the employer. The liquidated damages that the employer requires the laborer to pay shall not exceed the training expenses that should be shared for the unfinished part of the service period. "
According to the facts, first of all, the unit will send you out for training. Will you sign the training agreement? If you sign it, you should pay special attention to the terms of the training agreement, such as the service period, the amount of breach of contract, the salary payment during the training period, etc., to see if it harms your interests and conflicts with your wishes, so as to decide whether to participate in the training; If you don't sign the training agreement, you can consider going. There is no breach of contract. But in principle, the unit should send you out to study with pay (according to the salary agreed in the contract), but if there is something wrong with the credit of the unit, there is also the possibility of not giving it.
So I suggest that you make a decision after you have a detailed understanding with your manager or relevant person in charge, or you can tell me what you have learned and I will take a look at it for you.
Finally, I personally think that if you have just come in for half a month, you will feel that your boss, boss and company all have credit problems, and from your statement, the management of this company is really not very formal, so if you have a better choice, you can consider quitting your job. In the future, not only the training problem, but also the salary of 1500 or 2000 may bother you. This is purely a personal opinion and is for reference only.
