When printing Excel forms, a little more content can't fit on one page?
1. Press and hold [Ctrl+P] to print the preview.
2. Select [Adjust worksheet to 1 page] from the drop-down list set in the last column.
02 Adjust margins
In addition to using the zoom function to adjust the table to one page, we can also adjust the position of the table by adjusting the table margins on A4 paper.
1. Press and hold [Ctrl+P] to print the preview.
2. In Settings, select [Custom Margin] in [Margin Settings] on the page.
3. Customize and adjust the values of upper and lower margins or left and right margins according to page requirements.
Print the selected area.
Sometimes when printing, because there are too many data in Excel tables, we don't need to print, but only print a part. How to print the selected part?

2. Press and hold [Ctrl+P] to print the preview.
3. Select [Print only the currently selected area] from the drop-down list set in the first column.
04 Print header and header lines
Sometimes when printing payroll and exam results, we need to put the title line at the top of each page. At this point, we can print the header title line.
1. Enter [Page Layout]
2. In the page setup, click [Print Title] in this column.
3. Click the button next to [Top Title Line]
4. Then check the header part that needs to be printed on each page, and finally confirm.
05 print grid lines
Exce[ When turned on, there are light gray grid lines by default, but they are not displayed when we print. How can grid lines be displayed when printing?
1. Click [Page Layout]-In the worksheet options, check the check box in front of [Print] on the grid lines in the toolbar.
2.[Ctrl+P] After printing the preview, you can see the displayed grid lines!
