Sima yi seized power and usurped the throne, and was notorious throughout the ages. Why did his younger brother Sima Fu get unanimous praise from the world?
Although Sima Yi is a rare talent, his reputation is far less than Zhuge Liang's. Zhuge Liang worked hard all his life. After Liu Bei's death, Zhuge Liang monopolized power. If he wants to take Liu Chan away and become emperor alone, it will be a small effort. But he just resisted the great temptation of imperial power and served the country wholeheartedly.
Sima yi, on the other hand, is obsessed with the prosperity of the family. Cao Cao, Cao Pi, Yi Cao and other emperors regarded him as their confidant, valued him, and even made him an orphan, and their trust in him was hard to see. But even so, Sima Yi's heart of stone can't affect it. He is like a poisonous snake, waiting for an opportunity, giving his opponent a fatal blow.
Cao Pi, Cao Cao and others never dreamed that Sima Yi, who was regarded as a country's dry city, was an ambitious traitor at heart. When Cao Fang was Emperor, Sima Yi initiated the change of Gao Pingling and usurped the power of Cao Wei in one fell swoop. Since then, Cao Wei Jiangshan has existed in name only, and Sima Yi has become the uncrowned king of Wei. Sima Yi's usurpation of chaos made him notorious.
However, Sima Fu, Sima Yi's younger brother, left a very different impression on the world. Later generations regarded Sima Yi as a traitor and Sima Fu as a loyal minister of Cao Wei. Fang Fang, a famous minister in the Tang Dynasty, praised him as "graceful and elegant, with great virtue inside and loyalty outside". Fang Xiaoru, a minister in the Ming Dynasty, praised him: "When Fu was abolished, he did not lose the ceremony of ministers, so that the ministers in Cao Shi could stand on their own feet and learn from him." Li Zhi, a thinker in the Ming Dynasty, praised him as "Brother Xiang and Sima Fu."
What did Sima Fu do? Can it be unanimously recognized by future generations and get a completely different evaluation from Sima Yi? Sima Fu, the third brother of Sima Yi, was born in 180 and died in 272. When he was young, he was famous for his profound knowledge and economic knowledge. From the time of Cao Cao, Sima Fu served as the official position of Cao Wei, serving the five emperors before and after Cao Wei, and successively served as Shu Lang, Chang Shi, Qi Dewey and Du Zhishu.
Although Sima Fu and Sima Yi are milk compatriots, they are quite different. Sima Fu is virtuous, loyal to the monarch and respects the Lord, and abides by the Confucian way of monarch and minister. All the ambitions of Sima Yi and Si Mazhao were greatly dispelled by him, but he was unable to summon up the courage to fight them because of brotherhood.
But on the other hand, his unswerving loyalty to the emperor of Wei made him suffer from the affection of flesh and blood and the righteousness of the monarch and the minister. During the reign of Sima Yi and Si Mazhao, Sima Fu "abandoned it after repeated wars and defeats" and never participated in the usurpation of the throne by Sima Yi and his son.
In the fifth year of Ganlu (260), Cao Mao, the Wei Emperor, waged a life-and-death struggle with Si Mazhao and was killed by the Ministry of Ji Cheng in the street. Wu Wen was terrified out of her wits and stayed. After hearing the news, Sima Fu went to Cao Mao's martyrdom alone, holding Cao Mao's body and crying, demanding that the court severely punish the murderer, which made Si Mazhao very embarrassed.
In the first year of Taishi (265), Di Chin Sima Yan forced Cao Huan, the Empress Wei, to abdicate, demote Chen Liuwang and move to a foreign land. When Wei Laochen saw the decline of Caojiahe, no one dared to make a fuss. However, Sima Fu stood up to see Cao Huan off. He bowed respectfully to Cao Huan and held Cao Huan's hand, reluctant to let go. "You can't win alone," he said. "On the day I die, I will be a pure minister of Wei." Loyalty is touching. Although Sima Fu didn't take any substantive measures to resist Sima Yi's usurpation of power, it was commendable that he was able to do so in the decline of Wei.
As the saying goes, there are no brothers before power. During the Three Kingdoms period, it is not uncommon for brothers and sisters to become brothers and sisters for power, princes and princes. Why didn't Sima Yi kill his dissident brother Sima Fu?
None of Sima Yi's six relatives knew him. Why didn't he kill Sima Fu who disagreed with his political views?
Sima Gaoyi, after the successful coup in Ping Ling, killed his eyes, broke his six relatives, broke his dissidents, killed God in case of God, and killed Buddha in case of Buddha, all of which were reckless extermination. But there are also voices of opposition-his younger brother Sima Fu, who is obsessed with Wei, is safe and sound.
Sima Fu lived for 93 years in history and always regarded himself as David's servant.
Since Sima Yi came to power, Sima Fu gradually retired and did not participate in Sima Shi's abolition of Wei Emperor several times.
In 265, Di Wei Cao Huan was demoted to Chen Liuwang. Sima Fu took Cao Huan's hand and burst into tears, saying, "On the day I died, he was also a pure minister of Wei."
On his deathbed, Sima Fu claimed to be "Wei, Hanoi, Wen Xian and Sima Fu, standing in the street in unison".
After Sima Yi came to power, no one dared to take such a high-profile oath of affection for Wei and challenge Sima Jia's authority.
Even in the face of "stubborn" Si Mazhao uncle Sima Fu, also moved to kill Sima Fu's heart.
Why can Sima Yi let Sima Yi go?
Except that Sima Fu is his own younger brother, he knows that his son is not better than his father and his younger brother is not better than his younger brother. Sima Yi knew that Sima Yi had always been weak, gentle and self-effacing, and would not meet with a knife, so he did not pose a real threat to Sima Shisi Ma Zhao. You didn't kill anyone, but you were accused of killing your brother.
And SiMaFu, after all, surnamed Sima, careless. No anti-Sima forces will play Sima Yi's idea, but Sima Yi's own brother. The anti-Sima forces will not use Sima, leaving Sima no future trouble.
One more thing, I am the belly of Sima Fujun's son, and I have a mean heart. Sima Fu lived to the age of 93, which was absolutely rare at that time, so he successfully died in Si Mazhao and saw Sima Yan proclaimed himself Wei. However, as Wang Yinglin said in Song Dynasty, he did not strongly oppose Sima Yan's claim to be emperor: Sima Fu claimed to be Wei Zhen. Fu is not as good as Lu Shu and Zhu. Yes, but? . This may also be what Sima Yi expected.
Sima Yi is extremely clever and knows that his family is a person who wants to enter the history books and will be judged by future generations. In order not to be scolded by future generations, Sima Wo is black, so let's leave a white spot. Of course, he never knew it would be made into a TV series!
