The news propaganda work of democratic parties is an important part of the United front propaganda work. We should adhere to patriotism and socialism, focus on the theme of great unity and great unity, conscientiously implement the policy of unity, stability, encouragement and positive publicity under the guidance of the relevant policies of China's propaganda work, unify the propaganda caliber, strictly enforce the propaganda discipline, and ensure the correct political direction and public opinion orientation.
To do a good job in the news propaganda work of the Democratic National Construction Association, we should give full play to the characteristics of close contact with the economic circles, strengthen contact with the propaganda department of the United Front and the social news media, timely communicate the situation of multi-party cooperation propaganda work, focus on publicizing the activities of the Democratic National Construction Association in participating in the discussion of state affairs and democratic supervision, as well as important bills and proposals, timely report on important meetings organized at all levels and major activities serving the society, actively reflect advanced deeds and typical figures who have contributed to reform, development and stability, and be close to the central meeting, members and life.
In work practice, we have two understandings: First, we should pay attention to the publicity of special work. The annual "two sessions" is the most distinctive news hotspot for members of democratic parties to reflect the achievements of participating in and discussing state affairs to the society. It is very important to do a good job in the news propaganda of the "two sessions". Only when the propaganda departments at all levels keep in touch with the news media in time, communicate and transmit information in time can they participate in the discussion and discussion of state affairs at the meetings of people's congresses at all levels and CPPCC, and have greater social influence. Second, daily activities should be publicized frequently. It is also important to do a good job in news propaganda in time around the annual central work. Propaganda departments at all levels should conscientiously perform their duties, enhance the sensitivity of capturing news hotspots, carefully write news articles, submit relevant information to mainstream news media at all levels in a timely manner, and carry out extensive publicity at the meeting. Only by doing daily activities well through various publicity channels and ways can we achieve inspiring and inspiring purposes.
At present, there are three difficulties and problems in doing a good job in news propaganda:
1. Social news propaganda is in a passive position. The Opinions of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee, the Propaganda Department and the Foreign Propaganda Office [2003] No.49 on Strengthening the Propaganda Work of the Multi-Party Cooperation and Political Consultation System under the Leadership of the Producers' Party of China have been issued for more than two years, and the implementation of the uneven development in various places has not been strong enough, which has put the social propaganda work of democratic parties in a passive position. For example, China People's Political Consultative Conference newspaper "United Front News" edition and "Unity Daily" are difficult to recruit manuscripts; It is also difficult for provincial party newspapers and provincial TV stations to report.
2. The professional ability of the propaganda team needs to be improved. At present, there are few people in charge of propaganda work in the municipal organs of our province, and there are many clues and great pressure. In addition, the business training work is not in place, which makes the publicity work gap between different places relatively large. In this regard, it is more important to strengthen the professional training of propaganda team members, constantly improve their professional ability, strengthen their sense of responsibility, improve their sensitivity in capturing news hotspots, and be familiar with the skills of writing news articles.
3. The publicity mechanism needs to be further improved. At present, the development of news and propaganda work in all parts of our province is unbalanced, with more reports on conferences, less reports on advanced figures and more reports on general characteristics. In particular, how the news propaganda work can better serve the work of participating in and discussing state affairs, how to publicize our work of participating in and discussing state affairs faster and better, and how to expand the influence of the Democratic National Construction Association in society. At present, it is necessary to seriously study and solve the interaction mechanism between provincial and municipal organs and between organs and offices, and further improve the commendation and incentive mechanism for news propaganda work.
In view of the current situation, this paper puts forward the general idea of doing a good job in news propaganda: adhere to the guidance of Opinions on Strengthening the Propaganda of Multi-Party Cooperation and Political Consultation System under the leadership of the Chinese Production Party, conscientiously implement the spirit of Opinions of the Central Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association on Further Doing a Good Job in News Propaganda, and focus on "strengthening the quality inside and shaping the image outside" to improve the news reporting level of promoting people's participation in politics and publicizing advanced figures. Constantly expand publicity channels, actively innovate publicity forms, make the news propaganda work lively and friendly, and strive to raise the news propaganda work of our association to a new level.
Specific work measures mainly include the following five points:
1. Establish a working interaction mechanism. This year, our department will explore the establishment of an interactive mechanism for propaganda work based on provincial and municipal organizations and propaganda departments, with grassroots branches as units and key members as units. Mainly do a good job in three aspects: the propaganda departments of provincial and municipal organs, strengthen contact and exchange, do a good job in planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing propaganda work, and achieve the purpose of information exchange and work interaction. The functional departments of municipal organs and the propaganda committee members of grass-roots branches should strengthen contact and communication, actively carry out propaganda work, and achieve the purpose of coordination and work linkage. Propaganda Committee members and grass-roots branches of organs should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of key members, give full play to their basic role in the front line, and mobilize them to actively participate in writing news articles, social conditions and public opinion. Through the gradual establishment of the interactive mechanism of provincial, municipal and branch propaganda work, we will strive to form a propaganda work network composed of organs, grassroots and backbone members.
2. Strengthen the cultivation of professional teams. The key to doing a good job in news propaganda lies in people. First of all, we should establish and improve a team of correspondents with good political quality, strong theoretical foundation and high professional level. The personnel are mainly composed of government officials and enthusiastic conference personnel. Secondly, we should improve the working mechanism, clarify responsibilities and tasks, conduct training irregularly, strengthen the study and research of news theory and knowledge, cultivate good news sensitivity, provide news clues in time, and strive to improve the quality and level of news reports. In the first half of May this year, we took the opportunity of holding the "Jiangsu Minjian" 10 and 100 issues to train the backbone of the propaganda work, and invited relevant comrades from the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, the Central Information Center of the Democratic National Construction Association, the newspaper of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the editorial department of the People's News to conduct training instead of holding a meeting. On the one hand, efforts should be made to improve the professional skills of the propaganda team in our province in writing news articles.
3. Improve the recognition and reward system. In order to further improve the news propaganda work, I will make a quantitative assessment of the news propaganda work of the provincial municipal committees and provincial working committees, revise the appraisal and commendation methods, improve the incentive system, improve the working methods, make a quantitative assessment of the news propaganda work in various places, and report to the Standing Committee twice a year, which effectively promotes the implementation of the news propaganda work in various places. At present, our province has gradually formed a benign interactive competition situation, which has promoted the good development of news propaganda work in various cities.
4. Expand publicity channels outside the meeting. According to the spirit of "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association on Strengthening Liaison Work", strengthen contact with news media, timely inform news units of the progress, important measures, research results, major activities and news of our work, carry out networking activities with news units, strive to build relatively smooth news propaganda channels and fields, and make full use of newspapers, radio, television and other mass media with wide coverage and fast communication speed. Focus on the people's Political Consultative Conference Daily, Unity Daily, Xinhua Daily, Jiangsu Political Consultative Conference, friends and other media contributions, timely provide important news clues to radio stations and television stations in our province, and strive to do a good job in multi-level and all-round news reporting.
5. Innovative forms of news propaganda. It is necessary to do a good job in special publicity and reporting on civil construction and economic circles, and carry out serial publicity and reporting on the proposals on economic construction and social development put forward by CPPCC members at all levels in civil construction; Regular publicity and reports should be carried out on the series of activities of members of the civil construction business community participating in social service projects; We should also carry out a series of publicity reports on the theme activities of strengthening self-construction carried out by organizations at all levels. On the basis of static publicity such as original words and pictures, we should gradually adopt dynamic publicity such as DVD, and strive to make the news propaganda work more characteristic of the times.
In short, we should do a good job in news propaganda, and truly make radio have sound, TV have images, newspapers have articles, and the internet has information. We believe that: first, there must be correct leadership of organizations at all levels; Second, there must be strong support from the news media; Third, there should be the joint efforts of propaganda departments at all levels and key members, especially comrades in charge of propaganda work; We should strengthen our sense of responsibility, sharpen our acumen, grasp the regularity, improve our initiative, do a good job in propaganda work, and constantly create a new situation in news propaganda work.
