4. Qualification examination
Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Those who do not meet the application conditions will be disqualified once they are found and verified.
To enter the scope of interview qualification examination, you must submit your relevant certification materials, the application form for open recruitment of public institutions, the admission ticket, the letter of commitment for the integrity of the staff of the institutions and two one-inch bareheaded photos (the same as those uploaded online). The exam is divided into written test and interview.

The interview is conducted by structured interview and professional ability test. The vocational ability test is conducted by means of interpretation test. Candidates' interview scores are calculated with a percentage system, of which structured interviews account for 40% and professional ability tests account for 60%. The total test scores of candidates are calculated according to the proportion of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively. According to the ranking of the total test scores, the physical examination candidates are determined in equal numbers according to the ratio of 1: 1. The interview score determined as a medical examination candidate shall not be less than 60 points.
