"The performance appraisal professional (CPEP) certificate is a certificate planned to meet the actual needs of the government and enterprises for performance appraisal professionals. The purpose of this paper is to equip students with the skills needed for performance evaluation professional posts through practical training of systems specialty, so as to help the government and enterprises systematically and comprehensively carry out the whole process performance evaluation and provide intellectual support for the modernization of China's financial system.

The performance assessor project adopts the flip classroom mode of combining online and offline training, sets up the training system according to the core skills required by the performance appraisal management major, and teaches the system theoretical knowledge module online and the comprehensive application and practical case module offline. The performance evaluator project adopts the comprehensive evaluation method of online course GPA assessment+national unified graduation examination. The comprehensive evaluation results are composed of GPA evaluation results of online courses and national unified graduation examination results. If the comprehensive evaluation result is qualified, it will be assessed as qualified.
