This is my first off-the-job training since I joined the company for such a long time. As a member of the "Leading Goose Project", I feel honored and proud.

Two months' training has made me gain a lot and benefit a lot.

First, get "reading enthusiasm".

The birth of a good class is not only the result of instant concentration and meditation, but also the embodiment of long-term accumulation, accumulation and brilliance. I can't forget the "inculcation" of Mr. Zhou, Mr. Shen and the dean of the theoretical tutor: study even if you have less time. In two months, under the premise of ensuring normal study, I have already felt the pleasure of reading.

Second, gain a "determination to develop".

The way to come has gradually blurred, but the direction to go is becoming clearer and clearer. Teacher Sheng Xinfeng's "The Road to the Growth of Super Teachers" has influenced my thoughts of drifting away. The solemn submission of my personal career development plan has influenced my direction, and the enthusiasm among my peers is the energy for my triumphant progress. I clearly understand that in this "collective gas field", development is so important.

Third, gain a point of "confidence".

When the first reading experience is given to the theoretical tutor and affirmed by the tutor; When I first settled down to write my own Text Interpretation, I was secretly pleased; When submitting the "Personal Professional Development Plan" and "Reading Report" for the first time, it was praised; When I first exchanged my views on education in China with my peers, I suddenly felt that self-confidence was the most valuable gain after learning and communication.

Fourth, I enjoyed a big Chinese meal in primary school.

When I came, I was thinking: all external thoughts can only play their greatest role if they resonate with themselves. When I went, I thought: eclectic, learn from others. The storm of topic debate, the thinking of text interpretation, the strategy of paper writing, the skills of courseware making, the development direction of basic education and the thinking of educational wisdom in training all arouse my thinking and touch my action from time to time.

I didn't know the way when I went, but I know all the way here. Living and studying in Hohhot Teachers College for two months is a real spiritual baptism.
