Eight construction personnel refer to eight key technical posts of construction enterprises, and the new standards JJ/T250-20 1 1 released in July of 201June of 201redefine the professional standards of construction site professionals. The eight members are as follows:

The builder (surveyor), quality engineer, safety officer, standard engineer, material engineer, mechanical engineer, labor engineer (budgeter) and documenter.

1. builder: a professional engaged in construction organization and planning, construction technology and management, and construction progress, cost, quality and safety control in the construction site of buildings and municipal projects.

2. Quality engineer: a professional engaged in construction quality planning, process control, inspection, supervision and acceptance at the construction site of building and municipal engineering.

3. Safety officer: a professional engaged in construction safety planning, inspection and supervision at the construction site of buildings and municipal projects.

4. Standard staff: professionals who are engaged in organizing, supervising and evaluating the implementation of engineering construction standards at the construction site of buildings and municipal projects.

5. Material engineer: a professional engaged in planning, purchasing, inspection, statistics and accounting of building materials in the construction site of buildings and municipal projects.
