At present, most of the domestic BIM certificates are training certificates. Therefore, whether the issuing institution of the certificate is formal, whether the BIM exam held is strict, and whether the certificate issued is recognized by the society are all standards to measure the gold content of the certificate.

The gold content of BIM certificate mainly depends on market recognition. At present, the highest recognition on the market is the national BIM skill level examination certificate, which is issued by China Graphic Society.

After passing the exam, they will also receive the training certificates of BIM modelers issued by People's Republic of China (PRC) and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Education and Training Center. This is the only official BIM skill certificate in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, both of which are the most recognized certificates in the industry.

Examination rules

1, Social Examination: Social candidates take the unified examination and organize the examination twice a year, in the middle and late June and the middle and late February of 12 respectively. Official website will announce the examination time. Candidates who take the unified examination must fill in the examination registration form in official website in late April and late September.

2. On-campus examination: The examination time of college students is not fixed, which is decided by the examination center of colleges and universities, reported to the BIM project platform for the record, and cooperated with the open examination platform.

3.BIM examination majors are divided into: BIM modeling technology, BIM project management, BIM strategic planning, BIM system development (no examination for the time being) and BIM information data management (no examination for the time being).
