With the development of society, the position of some traditional dominant majors is challenged, and some emerging weak majors have not yet formed their own characteristics and certain influence. At present, automobile maintenance and driving, CNC machine tools, excavator training, nursing and other majors have no software and hardware facilities or even school qualifications. Moreover, joint education requires conditions, in essence, to help other schools recruit students and run classes, which all affect the school's characteristic development and overall competitiveness. The employment situation is grim. On the one hand, due to the development of social economy, the actual demand for employment has been further developed and improved, but the development of schools has not kept pace with economic development. Enterprises need technicians with higher technical level, and vocational school graduates are almost incompetent for this. On the other hand, the low proportion of scientific and technological enterprises and the low entry threshold for employment lead to the phenomenon that students in vocational colleges and non-vocational colleges receive different pay for equal work, which can not reflect the ability advantages of vocational college students and also affect the enthusiasm of vocational education. Difficult employment is a direct and main reason why vocational schools are left out in the cold and difficult to recruit students.
