Among them, the amount of line tests and public basic sub-topics accounts for about 50%, and other subjects account for about 50%. Rural credit cooperatives in all provinces (rural commercial banks) organize recruitment separately, with different recruitment methods, different conditions and different examination contents.
The written test of rural credit cooperatives is based on the written test of civil servants, but after several years' evolution, it is different from the written test of civil servants in terms of proposition scope, examination content and proposition law.
Under normal circumstances, the written test content is on the same paper, the total length of the written test is 150 minutes, and the full score of the written test is 150 points (some provinces may vary). Written test scores usually don't specify qualified scores and passing scores, and only the number of people who enter the interview is determined according to the ratio of 1:3 from high to low (some provinces will set the lowest scores, and those below the scores will not be accepted).
Generally, written tests are computer-based and closed. The written test papers of rural credit cooperatives in most provinces are mainly objective questions or all are objective questions (single-choice, multiple-choice and true-false questions).
