Summary of locomotive probation period 1 According to the internship arrangement of Guangzhou Railway, we practiced from September to June in 20xx, and I was lucky to be assigned to Changsha Locomotive Depot for internship. After successfully completing a series of on-the-job training such as quality development training, military training and safety education in Changsha Locomotive Depot, we started from June 10 and 20xx, and divided into several internship groups. During this period, according to the company's requirements, we conducted intensive study on personal safety. After passing the examination, we were assigned to the team for specific post practice.

First of all, at work:

On September 12, after we reported to Changsha Locomotive Depot, we began an orderly internship process. According to the daily safety rules and regulations of the locomotive depot, the study and assessment of the personal safety of railway workers in electrified railways and locomotive depots have been completed. After passing the exam, we were assigned to the maintenance workshop for internship. I was assigned to the diesel spare parts group of the maintenance workshop, and then took part in the safety examination organized by the maintenance workshop, and officially entered the post internship stage in June 5438+00. In this internship, I went to work with the masters, learned the daily workflow of the masters, and began to participate in locomotive repair work, doing some simple operations and learning as much as possible. The medium repair of Changsha Locomotive Depot is mainly to repair diesel engines. In the process of repairing cars with the masters of piston connecting rod group, I realized the rigor of railway industry. A group of us practiced in the maintenance workshop of Changsha Locomotive Depot for 5 months. When summarizing us in the workshop, we said that our batch was good, very good. Our assessment is excellent. I am very pleased to hear the workshop leaders and masters say this about us, which proves that our efforts are worthwhile.

In March of 20xx, our practice team began to report to the operation workshop of the locomotive depot, and began to practice in the operation workshop. During this period, during my internship in the workshop, I was transferred to the locomotive depot to clean the pipeline in the locomotive depot, learn the relevant safety theory of the workshop, and take the safety examination of the workshop. After passing the examination, the specific internship of the operation workshop will be officially started. Under the arrangement of the workshop, I was assigned to Shichang motorcade. I followed the driver's master to learn the workflow of the operation workshop, the daily work and norms of the driver in the cab from Changsha to Shimen. Second, in life:

Our XX Railway Institute and XX Railway Institute were arranged to practice together and stay together. When I first went to live in the dormitory, the first feeling was that the smell was too strong, a little far from the unit and a little too noisy. We live in Xiangming Advertising Street, Yuanda 1st Road. There are advertising factories downstairs in our dormitory, but it's nothing to want to have such a job now. Compared with others, we are lucky. The internship began and we began to adapt to the new environment. In this environment, we should change ourselves to adapt to the environment here. At first, when we ate in the canteen of Changsha Locomotive Depot, what we didn't expect was that life here was not bad, and now we are used to it.

At this point, the internship of the locomotive depot is coming to an end. Although we didn't learn much, I benefited a lot from my first pre-job internship after graduation. In the future, we will continue to learn new knowledge and skills to meet the new work requirements. I believe that as long as I have enough confidence, nothing is impossible. Diligence is good at diligence, but not good at leisure. What I did was thought, but it was destroyed. This sentence will always accompany me.

Summary of the second probation period of locomotive I. Ideological and political aspects:

I firmly support the leadership of the Party, socialism and the territorial integrity of the motherland. In particular, it is consistent with the dock party Committee ideologically and implements various safety systems in its work. Especially during the Beijing Olympic Games, as a grass-roots staff member, I tried my best to do my job well, taking the terminal security audit as an opportunity to find out the hidden dangers and weak links in my work, improve various rules and regulations and basic accounting work, and contribute to the harmony and stability of the terminal. Because I always believe that doing my job well is the best support for maintaining stability.

Second, the' work performance' in the past year:

1. After arriving at the terminal, I deeply felt that the knowledge I had learned was far from enough, because the terminal needs you to have a wider range of knowledge and have a deeper study and understanding of the work of the whole civil aviation system. After I transferred to the Department of Navigation in May, 20xx, as the main major of civil aviation, I deeply felt my own pressure and shortcomings. I often go to various teams in the shipping department to learn about their work and life, and take the opportunity to learn various professional knowledge from them, such as going to the tower and meteorological station to see their work flow, various books and regulations on civil aviation, and participating in business knowledge training in the technical support room. And humbly ask them for advice, especially during the safety audit, by participating in the preparation of the safety manual of the navigation department, I have deepened my understanding of the safety of the navigation department. After more than half a year's study and tempering, I have a deeper understanding of the business knowledge of the tower control room, meteorological service room and technical support room, because only by deeply understanding these professional knowledge can I find out the shortcomings and potential safety hazards in my work and make continuous improvement.

2. Pay close attention to safety and improve the level of maintenance. The maintenance work always implements the policy of "safety first, prevention first" of China Civil Aviation. In view of this eight-character policy of CAAC, in 20xx, the maintenance engineering team completed the following work:

1) completed the construction of independent maintenance unit in March of 20xx. After consulting with Air China Engineering Technology Branch, the maintenance team signed an independent maintenance agreement with it. In the past, we completed the maintenance work under the extended guidance of Air China. Now we undertake the maintenance of Air China aircraft as an independent maintenance unit, which requires our business and management level to a new level. In the work, we must strictly release the aircraft, strictly follow Mel's standards, and strictly follow the work order. During the inspection, omissions and labels should be eliminated to ensure that the aircraft 100 released by the release personnel meets the airworthiness requirements. In 20xx, we found 46 faults and eliminated 43 faults, among which 3 flights were cancelled due to the lack of aviation materials in our station.

2) Pay attention to safety and continuously improve safety in the whole maintenance work. In 20xx, combined with the notice from the wharf and the higher authorities and the spirit of the meeting, the special inspection measures for thunderstorm weather were maintained and completed, and the measures for preventing ice and snow in winter were improved. When we used to work in Lhasa airport, there were basically no thunderstorms and planes freezing. Now, due to the large temperature difference, high humidity and thunderstorm and icing, the maintenance has improved various inspections on the basis of summing up the experience in the past two years. Ice and snow in winter will adhere to the surface of aircraft, which will cause great harm to flight safety and even cause flight accidents. Therefore, with the coming of winter, we will strengthen the training of anti/de-icing, conscientiously strengthen the implementation in combination with the anti/de-icing work list, put safety first, and resolutely refuse to release aircraft that do not meet the release standards. In view of the fact that the on-site service team found that the aircraft brake pad wear indicator rod appeared continuously on the runway, we informed the Chengdu maintenance base according to the business process, and inspected the local flights returning to Chengdu that day, and gave them a written explanation on several consecutive cases. Chengdu maintenance base affirmed our earnest and meticulous work style. In view of this situation, we have formulated special inspection measures for aircraft landing gear, implemented a cross-inspection system and reported it to the safety supervisor for the record.

The above are several typical cases of locomotive maintenance in 20xx, which made me realize that I should think actively in my work, find problems and find effective solutions, find the crux from the root, change the workflow, eliminate potential safety hazards from the system and improve the safety level of locomotive maintenance.
